What aging with dignity means to us...

"Every individual has the right to age with dignity. We strive to provide the support for individuals to allow them to have the best quality of life at the point in time where they require our assistance with their Activities of Daily Living."

Our caregivers are...

"The lifeblood and primary representatives of our company. They are the ones who will meet the needs of our clients on a daily basis. We strive to hire the best caregivers and ensure that they have the proper skills required for the specific client situations. We are constantly available to provide support for them relative to care needs. We are proud that many of our new caregivers joined us as a result of referrals from our existing caregivers."

The care we offer is unique because...

"We are a Nurse-run organization that stresses the importance of addressing the individual with person-centered care. We are constantly striving to learn from the best organizations associated with senior care. Our owner is a certified dementia practitioner (CDP) and we work in association with many senior networks and organizations such as the Alzheimer's association and Alzheimer's foundation of America to learn and pass on that knowledge. We are an authorized Memory Care Screening center and provide this free service to benefit seniors in our area. "

Important to remember when caring for someone...

"They are each individuals. They have had careers and lives and are now in a situation of need. We are privileged to be in a position to provide the assistance they specifically need. We will assess those needs and provide a care plan specific to that individual, their family, and their situation."

What person-centered care means to us...

"Taking the time to meet, assess, and understand the specific needs of the individual. We assess those needs and provide a care plan specific to that individual, their family, and their situation. We take a holistic view to address their physical, emotional, nutritional, and safety needs."

What would you want to know for family member care ...

"Family members should be looking for a Home Care company that is fully insured, that properly checks its caregivers, that has a medically sound background and experience, and that provides personalized care for their family member or friend in need."
