What aging with dignity means to us...

"Assisting our clients in ways that help them maintain their independence, while keeping their overall safety and well-being top of mind. We strive to encourage our clients to participate in as many activities of daily living as possible, focusing on doing things "with them" as much as possible."

Our caregivers are...

"Required to complete a 12-step assessment process before joining our company. We recruit only the best of the best and then we provide ongoing training and support to help them accomplish their individual goals. Our caregivers have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of senior care and they are trained to adapt to a multitude of care scenarios."

The care we offer is unique because...

"Our care team specializes in learning about the unique needs of our individual clients. By learning about what makes each our clients different, we are able to match them with a caregiver that is able meet their social, physical, and overall wellness goals. Our "get it right the first time" approach helps to gain the trust of our elderly clients and maintain that trust through congoing communication and follow through."

Important to remember when caring for someone...

"That our needs are met by meeting the needs of others. While we assist with a multitude of ADL's, our primary focus is to be a friend and companion to those we serve. We will typically spend the majority of the day and/or night with our clients and our focus is to be their caregiver and not just a "sitter"."

What person-centered care means to us...

"Learning about each individual's distinct personality, care needs, and overall goals of care. We co-author our care plan designed around the family's input and their overall goals of care. Our care plans will evolve as the client's needs change, meeting them where they are today, and adjusting our plan of care as our clients age gracefully in the comfort of their home."
