What aging with dignity means to us...

"safely maintaining your independence and having the best quality of life possible, wherever you call home."

Our caregivers are...

"kind, compassionate, and dedicated to providing the best care possible to their patients. They are locally based and live in the same community as our patients."

The care we offer is unique because...

"we always put the patient first. As a local, not-for-profit, we accept all patients that we can appropriately care for regardless of their condition or ability to pay for services."

Important to remember when caring for someone...

"who they are, what they want, and what is most important to them. We work to tailor each patient's care plan to their unique needs."

What person-centered care means to us...

"always putting the patient, their needs, and wishes first. We include the patient in care planning to ensure their goals and priorities are at the heart of their care."

What would you want to know for family member care ...

"VNA has been putting patients and their needs first since the organization was founded in 1969 to fulfill a need for home care in our community."
