"We define "aging with dignity" as allowing our clients to remain as independent as possible, while ensuring their safety in their home; where they want to be. It may mean that they need some assistance and oversight. It doesn't mean they are not capable of living a new "normal"."

Our caregivers are...

"Our caregivers are our W-2 employees; providing care to our clients under the direction of a Director of Nursing. We hire only home health aides and certified nursing assistants with proof of education and training."

The care we offer is unique because...

"We care. We become family. We are caregivers, and our "why" is being able to provide care, and be there for people at their most vulnerable and difficult times."

"To us, person-centered care means tailoring a Plan of Care especially for you, based on your current care needs. It also means taking the time to have a conversation and to gather and learn information that is specifically important to you; to share with the caregivers, so they can take the very best care of you."

"I'd want to know the Core Values of the company charged with overseeing the care being provided. I would want to know if there is policy on caregiver compatibility, and what would happen if we choose to request a new caregiver to provide care."
