CareScout is both long-established and brand new. For over 20 years, our Assessments team has been delivering ADL (activities of daily living) assessments and our Care Advocates have been helping families navigate care options. These services continue to grow within CareScout, alongside new services like our Quality Network and more.

CareScout has big goals, but we’re equipped for the challenge. Our parent company, Genworth Financial, Inc, has infused us with wisdom about the long-term care industry and care seeker needs. Using those insights as a backbone, we’re designing a new approach to long-term care – a fresh take on something in which we’re already deeply immersed.
